You have to get Yagami to the window by climbing up. This starts a climbing section, which is very simple. Look at the open window, then head over to the alley to the left of it and inspect the AC to find a way of climbing up. This is the first use of investigation mode, you have to find a way in besides the guarded front door. Get the perfect photo then follow him out, he'll head to a building that Yagami isn't allowed into. Follow him to the store and you'll get another photo op, this time it's him withdrawing money. Afterwards, head south and you'll find the target again. Follow the prompts from the tutorial and learn how to use the Crane fighting style, then finish them all off. They aren't happy, and you need to fight them. With that photo done, the tailing continues for a short while before Yagami is interrupted by some people who recognise him. In this case, that moment is when the guy and girl are smiling. Usually, you get to max zoom, get it in focus, and capture a specific moment. It's usually worth doing because its easy SP. When you take photos in the game, you can meet certain requirements to get the perfect photo for extra SP. There's not much to say here other than keep your distance and follow the guy, until you're prompted to take a photo. A great change, now a suspect turning around doesn't mean a mad dash to cover. For one thing, they improved tailing itself. When I saw this, I was worried that this game would have the same issues Judgment had in terms of featuring way too many tailing and chasing sequences, but it's actually much better here. They're in the middle of a job, trying to figure out for a client if a boyfriend is being unfaithful - and you're instantly thrown into a tailing bit. The game starts with a disturbing discovery in Ijincho, before heading to Kamurocho to meet up with Yagami and Kaito. Not really relevant to achievements just a tip from me because the story has a lot going on. I shorten some names and phrases when I use them a lot.įinal thing: the start of chapters will have a recap of events so far from the voice of Genda, so if several days separate your sessions then the end of a chapter is always a good place to leave off. You have to do this a few times for the TownGO, so take every opportunity you get while running around during the story. Look for someone nearby that seems to have lost something and return the item to them for a reward. Items that glow a bit brighter and aren't picked up automatically can be picked up with and will just come up as 'Dropped Item'. These are used for various things later on so if you see something, you might as well grab it. Also, once you've progressed a bit and are allowed to run around more freely, you'll start to spot items everywhere on the ground. ![]()
